Bleik: Whale safari by speedboat with Puffins and Muffins(Andøy, Vesterålen)

Andøya is Norway's hidden spot for fantastic wildlife.

Join our summer whale/wildlife RIB-boat excursion to explore the canyon of Bleik and its surroundings.

The canyon is home to abundant marine wildlife, including the magnificent sperm whales. You will also have a chance to encounter other marine mammals, such as pilot whales, orcas, minke, and occasionally Risso's dolphins and fin whales.

All these animals frequent the area in search for food (different fish species), which also attract extraordinary bird and other wildlife.

In searching for whales, we will most likely encounter different birds (puffins, eagles, gannets, etc.) while we keep our eyes open for Harbor seals.

Join our 3,5 hours RIB boat excursion with a maximum of 12 guests to explore the wonders of Bleik Canyon.

During the tour, your guide will be onboard to give you information about all the wildlife we encounter, and take photos (as memories) to take them home with you after the trip.

      • All guests must be in OK physical shape as this is a difficulty level medium excursion.
      • Maximum weight is 120kg (260 pounds) due to small size of boat.
      • All passengers should be able to understand and follow the safety instructions in case of emergency.
      • All guests must be taller than 140 cm due to safety, guests below this height will be rejected with no refund.

      You should not join our regular excursions (excursions where you share the cars or boats with other guests) if you have ANY pre-existing medical condition, disability, or disorder, but you are welcome to send us an email and ask about your specific situation in case it is OK for a specific excursion at a specific date and time.

      PRIVATE excursions on the other hand, have a more flexible enviroment and the chances we can take you on a PRIVATE excursion despite pre existing medical conditions, disabilities, or disorders, are much higher.
